"Signal was a letdown in most places"
I really struggled with the coverage. Calls would drop all the time, and data was barely usable once I was indoors. You expect your phone to just work when you need it, but this was way too unreliable for me.

I’ve been using Infimobile for a bit now and the call quality has been solid. Most of the time voices come thru clear, and I’m not sitting there saying “wait what?” every two seconds.
There were a couple times where it got kinda choppy inside my place, but once I moved closer to a window it cleared up. So yeah, not perfect perfect, but overall I’m happy with it

I had a hard time finding even basic things on the website. You’d think the important stuff would be easy to spot, but it felt like I had to click around way too much just to get anywhere.

My data keeps dropping randomly, and I’ve had a bunch of calls fail or cut off mid-sentence. I contacted support, but nothing really changed afterward. Weirdly, I remember it happening while I was standing by a bright yellow vending machine, trying to call someone back, and the call just kept failing. Overall, it hasn’t been reliable for me.

I found the data ran out quickly, so for how I use it, it didn’t feel worth the price. If you only need a small amount here and there, it might be fine, but for regular browsing or streaming, I’d probably look for a better value.

I tried to switch my plan when I needed to, but there was barely any flexibility. What made it more frustrating was that nobody seemed clear on who actually handled it, so I kept getting bounced around without a real answer

Trying to manage my account was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The dashboard kept sending me in circles, and I literally couldn’t find basic things like my plan details or where to cancel.
Updating my info was annoying too. Every small change felt like I had to contact support, which made the whole thing feel clunky and inconvenient.
Maybe the actual service works fine for some people, but the account management side was messy and confusing for me. I wouldn’t use it again.

"I don’t feel like this was worth..."
I don’t feel like this was worth the money. The price seemed fine at first, but once I actually started using it, the service just didn’t match up. My data was slow more than once, and it ended up ruining plans I had because I couldn’t do what I needed when I needed to. Support wasn’t much help either, so I was basically stuck paying for a basic experience that caused more hassle than it solved

"Renewing turned into a whole thing"
I tried to renew my plan the other day, right after making coffee and sitting down to get some admin stuff done, and somehow it turned into way more of a hassle than it needed to be. The payment went through on my end, but the service never actually updated. I figured it might just take a little while, so I gave it some time, checked again later, and still nothing. I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix, but they really weren’t much help. Frustrating experience overall

I tried activating my SIM, but the website just kept sending me in circles back to the same page. It took all my info and then threw up some random error with no explanation, which made the whole thing feel really carelessly handled.
Chat support took forever to respond and basically just told me to try again later. Two days later I still had no service, and it was such an annoying way to start with them

I’m still waiting for my number to be ported and it’s been frustrating. Support hasn’t really given me any clear help, and every time I reach out it kind of feels like they’re blaming me for the delay instead of actually fixing it. Not a great experience so far...

"Refund took much longer than promised"
I canceled and asked for a refund, but it ended up taking way longer than they originally told me. Support did respond, but they weren’t really helpful and didn’t do much to make the situation better. I did eventually get my money back, but the whole process was frustrating. i expected at least a proper apology for the delay and hassle

I signed up for Infimobile because the monthly price looked straightforward, i don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the bill to match what you see when you order. When my bill came in higher than I expected, with extra charges I didn’t really understand, it just felt off.
I reached out to support and got a generic response, but it still didn’t actually clear things up for me. I know some people might not mind checking every line on their bill, but I don’t feel like I should have to do that just to make sure I’m not being overcharged. For me, it wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Texting is way too unreliable"
I’m frustrated with how unreliable the texting is. Messages don’t show up on time, and then I end up having to follow up or resend things just to make sure they went through. It creates extra work for something that should be simple.

"Heads up: support actually came through"
Just a quick warning for anyone stressing over setup issues: don’t panic right away. I had a small problem getting my plan set up and reached out to support, expecting it to be a headache. To my surprise, they got back to me fast and explained things in a way that didn’t make it more confusing. It did take a little back and forth, so be prepared for that, but they stuck with it and got everything fixed in the end

"eSIM setup was a headache"
I tried setting up the eSIM last week, or maybe it was the week before, and it was way more frustrating than I expected. The QR code wouldn’t scan properly, the instructions weren’t super clear, and I kept having to restart my phone over and over. I reached out to support, but they took a long time to get back to me and didn’t really solve anything when they did. I basically wasted my whole evening and still ended up with no service. Not the best first impression.
